What if I both live and work in the city?

If you both live and work in your city, you can add your household or workplace to your existing account. This will allow you to earn points for your recycling and participate in challenges set for both residents and workers.

Desktop

To add your household or workplace to your existing account:

1. Log into your existing account and click 'Update profile' or 'Edit profile'.

 


2. On the 'Update profile' page there will be a option to add your workplace or household, click on the button to add.
 

 
3. Enter the postcode of your household or workplace into the popup box.

 

 

4. You will then be taken to the Verify page where you can enter your details. Fill in the details and click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. This will update your account to allow you to participate in challenges for both households and workers.

To add your household or workplace to your existing account in App:

1. Open the Greenmoney app and log into your existing account go to the side menu and click 'Edit profile'.



  




2. Click on 'Add my workplace' or 'Add my household' and follow the steps to verify your workplace or household address.
